Account Setup

Configure your Audio Audit account for optimal use. Learn how to find your settings, manage your profile and choose which emails you receive.

Finding your settings

Click the gear at the top right of any page. Its menu shows the name and email address you're signed in with, and links to:

  • Settings — every settings section for the workspace you're in, plus your own account
  • Your profile — straight to Settings → Profile & notifications
  • Your organisations — straight to Settings → Organisations
  • Log out

Settings is split into two groups:

  • The current workspace — headed by the workspace switcher, so you can change workspace without leaving Settings. It holds General, Billing and plans, Team members, Podcasts, Standards and Developers. Which of these you see depends on the workspace and your role in it: a personal workspace has no General or Team members, and in an organisation only Owners see Billing and plans.
  • Your account — Profile & notifications and Organisations. These are the same in every workspace.

On a phone, Settings opens as a list of these sections. Tap one to open it, and use the ‹ Settings link at the top to go back.

Profile Settings

Navigate to Settings → Profile & notifications (or choose Your profile from the gear menu). Your profile is the same whichever workspace is selected.

Personal Information

  • Name: Update your first and last name
  • Email: Change your contact email address to maintain access and stay up-to-date with notifications. You'll need to verify a new address before team and feed report emails reach it

Signing in

You can log in with a magic link — enter your email address and we'll email you a link that signs you straight in — or with your email address and password.

Notification Preferences

Control email notifications from the Email notifications section of Settings → Profile & notifications:

Available Notifications

  • Billing notifications: Payment confirmations and subscription updates
  • Reports created by me: Alerts when your reports complete
  • Reports created by team mates: Stay informed about team activity
  • Reports created from feeds: Automated podcast monitoring alerts
  • Product announcements: New features and updates
  • Promotions: Special offers and discounts

Report emails for a particular podcast can also be muted one show at a time — see Podcast Access and Report Emails.

💡 Tip: Check your spam folder and mark Audio Audit emails as "not spam" to ensure delivery.
